Our two historical paddle steamers, the Kisfaludy and the Hableány Paddle Steamer, are perfect for those looking to combine sightseeing with a touch of history. These faithfully rebuilt sightseeing boats, modern versions of vessels that once sailed the Danube during the Hungarian Reform Era, are equipped with all the necessary comforts, yet they retain their original charm with working paddle wheels that gently power them along Budapest’s famous river. More than just a boat tour, these cruises offer a true time-travel experience into Hungary’s rich past.

Departure and Tickets

All of our sightseeing cruises depart from Dock 10, located at the foot of Elizabeth Bridge on the Pest side of Budapest. Tickets can be purchased online or on-site at the dock before departure. Every ticket includes a refreshing welcome drink, a glass of premium Prosecco or orange juice, ensuring a memorable start to your Budapest boat tour experience.

Online Audio Guide

During the cruises, an online audio guide is available in 30 languages. Simply scan the QR code placed on the tables onboard with your mobile phone and enjoy interesting facts about Budapest’s top attractions. Please note that your own earphones are required to use the audio guide. Free Wi-Fi is available on board.
